Resources for Study Participants

OCT is providing modified research services for studies that are open to enrollment.  COVID-19 trials are highest priority, and new trial work will remain paused until late fall.

  • Research Coordinators are conducting remote study visits and face-to-face visits for studies that were approved during Phase 2 of the Research Reboot.
  • Regulatory Services continue remotely.  Similar to the HS IRBs prioritization plan, COVID-19 and compassionate use submissions receive precedence.
  • Fiscal Services that can be addressed remotely continue. Ancillary services will be prioritized over the preparation of new study budgets.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the drug supply chain and increased the demand for certain PRC services, such as shipping of investigational products to participants’ homes.

Communications describing changes to PRC procedures are posted below.
